About the color can be same right? There is no rules to use the color in the match. If you see your logo and my logo, it totally different instead of using the orange color...
Does the figure of the people are also same? The balls also?

The color doesn't mather, its about the little details like a bussinesmen and the orange tie, that's a concept that directly coppied from my logo. -
