Need help with designing a cool and clean logo for my company

Basically, I'm looking for someone who can redesign this: www.psd-dude.com/tutorials/comics-text-photoshop-tutorial/comics-text-photoshop.jpg
- Change the text 'COMIC' to ZAZU
- Keep the font similar to the example.
- See how the yellow color gets gradually darker.
- Thick black lines and thin white lines which create that cartoon effect.
- Remove the "psd-dude.com" slogan.
- Instead of the star in the background, use the Scrum (2 circles) symbol. I've attached two examples.

As you asked, I changed the color of the 2 circles, and also are there 2 different colors in the scrum, because the upper circle is darker than the bottom

Yes eventually I'll need the background transparent but this is request is to have a better visual example. -

We're almost there!
Can you do me a favor and experiment a bit with colors. Currently, it's a bit too yellow. Maybe introducing 2 different colors for the 2 circles.
