OST-DEVELOPPEMENT is French company that was created 23 years ago, manufacturing bone substitutes of human (called allografts, brands OSTEOPURE and ALLODYN) or animal (called xenografts, brands LUBBOC/ LADDEC) origin.
Bone substitutes sterile products intended to be surgically implanted used in various medical indications: Orthopedics, spinal surgery, dental surgery, maxillofacial surgery, traumatology etc…
Because some of our products are of human origin (femoral heads recovered from living donors undergoing hip arthroplasty surgery) we have to be certified as a Tissue Bank.
Our finished product are composed exclusively of bone, they are the result of a complex cleaning process applied to raw bones, involving different human, technical, regulatory, quality and clinical knowledges.... What we do can be related to “tissue engineering”.
The purpose of this cleaning process is to eliminate any microbiological risk, to offer products whose shapes are adapted to specific anatomical sites, to ensure that the natural porosity of the bone is optimized (the trabecular structure of bone). A good process like ours reaches these objectives with methods and products that are not detrimental to the natural mechanical strength of the bone.
The growth of our revenues and the ambitious researches of development projects should make us pass through in the coming years.

The company:
Our company OST-DEVELOPPEMENT created 23 years ago propose human bone grafts (allograft OSTEOPURE / ALLODYN) and animal bone graft (LUBBOC/ LADDEC) to many different players of the medical surgery.
The proposed finished product are derived from a complex process that involves different knowledges (human, technical, regulatory, quality etc....)
- Recovery of femoral heads (willing living donors, from patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty surgery)
- Cleaning, délipidation, shucking, cut
- Viro inactivation (chemical treatment of 21h)
- Sterilization via irradiation
Ours products are used on surgical bone grafts for the following universes: Orthopaedics, stomatology, dental, surgery of the spine, the ENT, maxillofacial

Traditionally the corporate color of OST was the blue (attached the OST logo and the OSTEOPURE logo), the product colors are also defined (see files attached). But we are open mind.
The background should show a technical image.

Easy and clear to read. A little preference for rounded fonts
All the capitals letters should have their accent.

Merci. J'ai donné un effet de pelure et intégré seulement la tête fémurale. J'espère que cela vous convient mieux.

Bonjour, cela est en effet mieux dans la représentation de la tête fémorale. En revanche la figuration de la trame spongieuse est assez loin de la meilleure porposition nous ayant été faite (par JTT).
La notion de nettoyage de cette trame spongieuse n'est pas assez explicite. -

Bonjour,
Intéressant mais la tête fémorale doit à paraître sans le fémur (uniquement la partie en haut à gauche de votre création qui ressemble vaguement à un champignon, sans la partie qui descend)
Il faudrait donc Grossir la tête fémorale et la "peler" pour faire apparaître la structure spongieux e de l'os (comme l'a proposé JTT dans sa creation)
Cela avance en tout cas dans le bon sens... -

Voici ma proposition de pictogramme. Le pictogramme à la forme d'une goutte d'eau pour faire référence aux nettoyage des os.

Il y a un contresens extrêmement important dans votre pictogramme. Le visuel représente un bas de fémur (au niveau du genou et pas du tout une tête fémorale)

Concernant la decortication d'ailleurs et comme expliquer déjà a de nombreux graphiste, celle ci ressemblant à une pelure (comme peler la pomme d'une orange ou d'un pomme pour en enlever la couche supérieure), il serait bien de trouver un procédé graphique pour signaler cet élément important...
